At OTepp, we are committed to protecting your privacy and to using technology that gives you a secure on-line experience. You can travel through most of our web site without giving any information about yourself. However, sometimes we do need information to provide services that you request, and this statement of privacy explains data collection and use in those situations.

  1. OTepp only collects personal information when you give it to us voluntarily, for example, by filling out a form.
  2. Visitors' personal information received via e-mail is provided only to our Office personnel, who require the information to respond to inquiries. We do not use this information for any other purpose. OTepp does not sell or lend your information to any third-party marketing group.

PIPEDA is based on the Canadian Standards Association's Model Code for the Protection of Personal Information, which is incorporated into the legislation.
